TERMS OF SERVICE
1.Do not send payment without first contacting me the artist and without first discussing and agreeing on the contents of the commission via Twitter or Discord.2.Upon receiving full payment sent via PayPal or Ko-fi, I will put your request on queue until I'm able to work on it. Once I can start working on it, I will contact you via Twitter or Discord.3.I will let you check the work in progress during three of it's phases: Sketch, Line art, and Color. You may ask for an edit (3 times only) but I will not accept to do so when artwork is near finalization.4.I have the rights to use your commission for promoting myself, with credit that the owner is you.5.During the discussion of the artwork, if I find that I am unable to comply with the requirements of the commission, I will have to decline.6.I the Artist reserves the right to stop work on a Commission, or cancel a Commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, an inability to effectively communicate in the English language, or a breach of these Terms of Service.7.The duration for your commission to be completed can be up to 2 months depending on many factors such as: College, Health, Request of Commission, Complexity or Family Issues.8.If at any point you fail to respond to my messages or status updates for a period of longer than one month, the contract may be rendered void and further work will require renegotiation.9.You must specify the contents of the commission to the best of your ability prior to a Commission Agreement. A complex Commission may incur additional illustration fees, to be defined and agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work.10.If the Commission is time-sensitive, a rush fee may be applied, to be defined and agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work.11.If the Commission is for Commercial Purpose, I the Artist must be notified prior to the Start of Work. Commercial use of the Commission will have an added 70% tax over the base price. No royalties will be charged.
